I tried performance and default graphics, no change in the frame rate at the only difference there is more lights on cars. Of course I can only have 60 fps, so 90 fps isn't available after unite

It almost happens each time I pick a car. Best way to ensure you're in the Security team is to check the leaderboard in the pause menu when you're waiting for players. If you are at the 6th place, you're in the Security team.
