I am a student in Strategic Management and Leadership and undeed enjoyed the video presentation. Are we not under-estimating the impact of the other players in te industry or how often should a manager review the plan given that the limited resources would have been allotted? I have tried to simulate a football competion where you have probably 20 teams. I think the strategic plans will vary from from team to team with some teams aiming to avoid defeats, others pursuing wins while others play to survive.

Great interview! Often we are so focused on hiring locally, but we forget that we compete in a global market. Many talented people are available to assist a business in achieving whatever goals it sets. If your company can operate using a remote workforce, why not explore the option. To remain competitive, we have to adapt our mindset and seek the most qualified people - regardless of their location.

I think that we should consider the authority when we talk about responsibilities , it is very critical to have authority when you have responsibilities , I had many CEO don't give authority with responsibilities .

As someone who feels like they're drowning in the probationary period of their first project management role, this is a super helpful, concise video for a) knowing what a comms plan is and why I need one (as I've never used one before), and b) feeling as though a simple fix like this will go a long way to problem-solving what I'm currently dreading facing.
