You are trying too hard. The hold down with the thread and the spacers is a good idea, but the red bar is completely made wrong. The tyres come off easier than they go back on the rims. I use tyre levers to fit as well as starting the tyre over the rim ,tyre MUST be down into the well of the rim or small and older tyre will be damaged. The trick is if you have to fight the tyre you are trying too hard. The bigger mower tyres tend to go easier than the smaller diameter ones.

Keep the opposite side of the tire from the bar pressed down so it travels in the center or below the fat part of the wheel. Your trying to stretch the bead and that doesn’t work.

Great work. The transitions were smooth and the quality of the video was good, however being the title is "Wedding B-roll". I did not get the wedding feel, it was more focused on the bacon and the sound board. Other than that the video over all was great, I mean no disrespect towards your video. I just want to encourage the idea when filming for a wedding, it's about capturing the special moments. The groomsmen getting ready, or the bridesmaids putting on make up, focusing on the decorations of the wedding, and the memorable items and people in the wedding. Keep up the great work. Videos like yours, along with Peter McKinnon and Daniel Schiffer, inspire me to continue working on videography.
