Thanks for this. I used to take that bridge to walk from Heron House to Lake Anne Elementary school in the 80s. The stair structure at 3:20 is hollow, we used to swim underneath, it was like a cave. Good memories. Thanks Mom ❤

My former US Army Commander Lt General CPO retired here back in the 80s. 3 star. Great man. Wonderful friend. He is 84 years young and sharp as a tack. I am having problems at age 70 so have no idea how he did it. Genetics, good living. Virginia lifestyle. I love this place. My Italian wife thinks it is the best State in USA. We drove through in 1996 on trip from California to my home State of Maine.

God have mercy on those people who engineered the Pandemic. Those people, along with online shopping and FedEx have really hurt mall culture!

Have a lot of stores closed down, or been replaced since post pandemic? It doesn't look like it.

Nice video. Sadly, it appears that obesity is quite common in Boston based on that video. More obesity than in New York City. We wonder why that is?
@kenb3552Ай бұрын
Gallop did a study based on Body Mass Index (BMI) and ranked each state from fattest to thinnest with #1 having the most obese people and #50 having the least obese people. Massachusetts came in at #49. Only Colorado had fewer obese people than Massachusetts. New York came in at #36.

Very well done, but the first 15 minutes show the Dupont Circle/17th Street neighborhood. You only arrive at the Logan Circle neighborhood at 15 minutes when you get to Fourteenth Street, NW. Too bad you did not enter the Logan Circle park itself at 18 minutes in to show how pretty it is. But thank you for posting.

Wow, this brings back some serious memories!! I grew up in Arlington and our house was in Country Club Hills. Take a left right here at 4:28 on Rock Spring Road and I lived right down the hill. Thank you so much for posting this as I haven't been there in years. 😎

Is it easy to ride the SW Neighborhood Shuttle? Is that what it's called? I read about it on a District Wharf website, but I'm so curious if it's safe to ride with kiddos from a hotel at the Wharf to the National Mall. And apparently it's free? Thanks for any advice!

I lived there off of Sudley Rd., directly across from the Manassas Mall in the Irongate Apartments/townhouses way back in the early 1990s. So if someone could help me please, in understanding, was downtown Manassas built up like this when the community thought the Civil War themed entertainment park was going to be built in town back in the mid 90s? Because when i lived there the downtown area didnt look this nice.
