It’s sooooo hard to give yourself love compared to outwardly giving love to others. Bc that would mean I like myself, I am my biggest hater and my loudest demon. It gets easier, I was on lexapro for about 2 yrs, been off of it for about 2 months and the medication helped me get to a point where I could handle things again. I started sleeping with my mom around the age of 4 due to somw big life changes at that time... She had such a hard time getting me to sleep in my own bed in my own room... When i was about 10 i wanted to sleep in my own room and really struggled but it did take until about 10 to officially sleep on my own again....

Maybe this will be helpful: but my dog is an older dog and when he was on kibble he started drinking water non stop, I started to worry. I switched his kibble to fresh food I make myself, and literally he almost never drinks water anymore. I wonder if the processed food started effecting him and making him thirsty. High sodium maybe? I dunno. But changing his food was the key for us.

Haha the pelvic floor comment was me 😂 Estrogen has been super helpful for our 13 year old pittie. We had a bunch of bloodwork to check for anything else going on and even ultrasounds to see if it was kidney stones. Diagnoses; old lady bladder. Hoping you get some answers 🫶🏻🩵 Also we didn’t see full results with the medication until almost a full month/6 weeks.

My daughter is 3.5 and will not leaver her bed ever lol even in the morning when i call her in she won’t leave but she will call in the middle of the night for mommy to sleep with her in her bed lol. I feel you girl! Love you and the mom you are!!!
