Bro this is awesome, it's like a 3 month free premium of the original snake.. plus you get to wait and see your snake change every month till it becomes a beautiful shinning black snake...🥹 it's perfect🥲

I am deeply afraid of spiders (so weird but I was just born that way) but love and respect them from afar! I believe a great deal of this was born with the film Arachniphobia - the authenticity of the film despite its comedy were thanks to the real spiders !!!

I've left my male and female alone and they've bred twice for me. Minimal interference seems to be the trick. Other than cleaning now and then, leaving them alone has been the trick for me. I also noticed I had better success with open top (mesh) glass terrarium than I've had with my new pvc enclosure which only has vents on the sides. I suspect air flow in the tank has a huge impact. I'm guessing a closed enclosure keeps the air "close" and isn't allowing more fresh air in. Edit; when I say success, since changing enclosure due to moving and not being able to lift the 6ft glass tank up tight stairs, they haven't even tried to mate. But when in the glass open top they were constantly doing the monster mash.

Dinosaurs aren't birds, birds are dinosaurs, and that means that yes, non-avian dinosaurs are not reptiles for a lot of the same reasons that birds aren't reptiles, but avemetatarsals along with reptiles are the same exact group of animals(saurians) anyways, so I guess in layman's terms dinosaurs are reptiles.

Hey, I have a question I've been trying to get answered for a while now, hope you can help. Every time I try to look into the exact differences between bull, pine, and gopher snakes I just get bull and pine snakes are just a sub species of gophers but not much more past that. From what I've gathered bull and pine snakes are typically bigger than gopher snakes, are there any other indicators or is it mainly that and regional location?
@JzsReptiles
@JzsReptiles 20 күн бұрын
@@chrissweetavena bulls are a subspecies of gopher. Pituophis catenifer sayi. They’re actually the largest of the genus but also the most widespread and varied in size, color and pattern. There are several species of pinesnake with a few subspecies varieties that typically are on the eastern part of the US from Jersey into Mexico

I thought these was venom like tiger snakes ? But are these similar size black rats , everglades , green rat ? Also large king snakes like California and hondurian milksnakes get large they require 55-60 gallon tanks so will a 75 gallon be great for these ? That should be able to keep snakes 5-7ft range

My favorite name for black rat snakes is “cow sucker” which is actually a colloquial name for milk snakes in other places, which I’m pretty sure there were wives tales of them actually sucking on the teats of cows in a barn, even a young kid that seemed dubious at best… can you imagine really thinking that?!?
