a question, I "bought" gave an advance on a hec of timberland. the broker claims to make a title out of it. has been working on it for a year now. but it is written everywhere on the internet that this is not possible? But he claims this is possible. now is my question. can he obtain a title from timberland and convert it to title ??

I also love that DMCI sources great manpower for their maintenance, housekeeping and security. They are so courteous and friendly and during a recent roofdeck fire in my DMCI condo, they are all extremely courageous.

Great analysis Boss. I was hoping you get to compare which developer charges the higher association dues. I live in a DMCI low rise low density condo and I pay around P70/sqm in monthly association dues, but I love the rooftop drying cage for each unit.

I would like to seek advice regarding the reservation agreement I signed: "Sales Document and Other Buyer Requirements Should I fail to pay any of the amounts due in relation to my purchase of the Property, or fail to submit the required documents and execute the relevant contract to sell and deed of absolute sale for the Property, or fail to comply with any of the terms of my purchase, the seller shall have the sole option to (i) cancel the sale and forfeit in its favor all payments made, including the Reservation Fee, to be applied as liquidated damages; and/or (ii) impose penalty charges at the rate of 3% per month (or fraction thereof) of delay on the unpaid amount. Late payments will only be accepted upon payment of interest and penalty charges. Should there be a cancellation of this reservation, and the same shall automatically vest upon the seller with full authority to sell and dispose of the Property subject to this Reservation Agreement." I am concerned about losing everything, especially with the clause stating that all payments may be forfeited as liquidated damages.

Hello po, need advise po regarding buying farm lot. Okay lang po ba bumili sa developer ng farm land kahit nde pa sila ung may ari ng property na binebenta nila? They only provide ung MOA between them and the owner. And also ung payment is directly deposited sa personal account ng owner ng developer. Thanks and godbless
