Great wee video. My sister and i were there in April on our way up to Durness from Glasgow. We had fish and chips in the chippy in the video, jeez! the best we've ever had, it was that good that we made a point of stopping off for more on our way back home lol The scenery from Loch Ness to Ullapool and up to Durness ( for anyone visiting for the first time) is absolutely stunning, and as Ive told my family and friends, stunning doesn't even touch the sides.

That was a cold day, but a walk along the front is good way to get exercise and fresh air! I worked in the great western hotel on the esplanade from 1972 to 1975 Oban was a fantastic fishing town sadly now it far to commercial and to many tourists

I was born in Dovercourt Bay, about a mile from Harwich in 1942 and spent much of my youth in the areas shown. I moved away from the area in 1976 and your Walkaround brought back some Happy Memories despite some considerable changes. Thank you very much.

Yesterday my parents and I went to visit Framlingham Castle & Orford Castle. First time to them. At both the castles in glass cases for museum show were Wooden Batons. Constables Batons.
