"It is what it is". The first tine i heard this saying, from a manager, I shuddered and auto commented, I hate that cop out. Never did get ahead in that job 😂😂

Susan here. I had not known about the storing of resentment when fawning. It was helpful to hear that there can be a positive side to fight, flight, freeze and fawn. I am enjoying watching these podcasts.

Ummm the avtions are you. You did them and as such must own them. Male or female your actioms are your responsibility and if you cant owm them you cant try to change thwm. So no this woman is wromg. In every way shape and form. Ill give a littpe example. Every person im prisom, most corrupt executives, crooked cop or politiciam akd perpetrator ov dv foes exsavtpy what this woman is suggesting people do. So nah dont follow her ideals unless you prefer to be morally void and play tje victim when youve been pointed at for your wrong doings. This is actually a disgusting video

Hi Em & Kel, My name is Tino, A friend shared your podcast with me, and I must commend your transparency and your ability to communicate in such a soothing manner. This is another Intriguing episode, credit to Victoria. I've noticed the need for improvement on the sound quality of the podcasts and videos. So I'm offering to help improve the quality as I'm an audio engineer. I'm willing to do the post recording audio engineering before uploads. If you're already involved with people doing that, that's fine. But if not, I'd appreciate a response when you're free. Thank you 😊
