normally used when a note is played at the end of a measure and carries onto the next

When a measure ends if a note is still being held, itll be in parenthesis, so you dont repick the note.

I know nobody asked me but here are some tips: - put more attention on bends and vibrato, and make them sound more confident when you play (suicide and redemption, many songs off of load/reload require that), also applies to sustaining notes or knowing where to stop a note, it's a very hetfield thing to keep an eye on - if you're demoing riffs, remove reverb or delay, it takes away the punch and percusiveness and kinda makes it sound a bit more messy Other than that I think its great dude, good picking technique and everything, you look young so keep it up!

System usually use drop C and drop C# tuning

Just a tip for figuring out the tuning-every single tuning includes the lowest string in the name-for example drop d just means that the thickest string is tuned to D and most tabs include what the other strings should be tuned to for example drop c# is C# G# C# F# A# D# in order from thickest to thinnest,i hope this helps even a little and good luck on your guitar journey <3

Sadly you didn't put Dead Memories. Idk why people sleep on that song so much it's one of my favorites by them. I know this video was more of the heavier faster stuff but you could've stuck it in at like the beginning and built up the tempo the further you went. Or you could've put it at the end and just did the opposite of what I said instead of build up slow it down the more songs you played.
