I have purchased two of these. It is very frustrating. Sometimes it feeds and others it doesn't. The instructions to say set the time in regular time but the units revert back to military time. I don't trust this thing to feed my dogs when I am away. I may have to return for a refund.

The actual lid is different and it has the top part on both sides so the filter doesn't create a perfect seal.

Turn off the music and give us an English (and other languages) voice over. If I have to stare through a linear sequence of images my brain goes to sleep.

Don't bother, the device is garbage, it will not connect, not work, the customer service won't help.

I can design an app that would connect to wifi in 10min, I badly regret buying this trash, for 40min the device won't connect. You need to hire a techguy from college. Your team is a bunch of clowns, connecting a wifi takes hours??? You just don't know what you are doing

When the feeding time is over, does that mean the feeder won't open when my cat is around? She likes to roam around and eat whenever she feels like so does that mean I have to leave it open for long hours?

Mine has more pieces than is shown in the manual and in this video. I have an extra plastic piece and band. I think they are supposed to go under the water tray but they aren’t mentioned anywhere.

The slot the filter is placed in doesn't match the unit I received. As such the filter doesn't form a flat seal anymore. Why is it designed like this?

To Everyone having issue connecting the dockstream to the app. 1- Make sure you have the proper app installed, Petlibro ( not the lite version ) 2- make sure your phone is connected to wifi (2.4 only, not 5.0 if you don't know what this mean ask your kids) 3- bring the base and phone next to the router. 4-the app seems to dislike complicated password, i have set mine to 12345678 to connect the foutain then changed it back afterward when it succesfuly paired.

Is there anyway to turn up the volume on this thing? I have to keep in my bedroom because my cat spends most of his time in the bed and wouldn’t be able to hear the bell noise at feeding time. I wish it had some kind of alarm that would go off for at least 30 seconds.

Feeder itself seems good but your app and its functionality sucks. It has a very limited features and half of the time it does not even open the feeder lid even if it is scheduled on the app. you rushed to release a product without doing your homework. I'm returning it.

Seems like you skip a step when setting current time. When I hit the lock for 3 seconds, and then setting, and then +/- it just goes through the 1-6 option to set time...

Does anyhow else has issues with the loud ‘hissing’ sound from the filter/base? Seems like it’s from the battery connection…

How do I get one tray to feed multiple times per day? My cat is a grazer & will never finish his food all in one go, so if I could feed him three times a day this would be ideal.

This thing sucks! The bottom plastic that holds the filter wont snap back into the bowl.

The products is expensive. The filters are expensive and not good for the environment. You have to clean it either way and take apart all the pieces and wash it. It cost you per month for the filters. Same goes with food feeders and automatic cat litters, you have to clean it either way and all those filters and pieces cost and must be washed. So these products really do not make my life easier for my cats, its the opposite. So i really do not get why people buy these things. This is just a luxury products that takes more time to wash, cost more than usual and do have loud sounds. So what is the point? Asking for a friends friends cousin, because a normal food and water bowl takes 2-3 minutes to wash, and for the automatic cat litter, slow, loud sound, breaks, and take all the pieces for cleaning takes a lot of time.
