You're spot on, and it is quite expensive, but I have found a very nice place to work, which is across town, so not the worst commute in the world! And I get to have light going to work, but not coming back in winter, although in summer it is great!

Wondering what is a better living situation overall I'm a single guy in his 30's and find both of these options appealing different reasons. 1st scenario small condo 1 or 2 bedrooms in a downtown setting close to light rail no need for a car close to major international Airport everything within walking distance. 2nd scenrio house in the suburbs need a car but has 3 to 4 bedrooms can have 1 for an office one for a main bedroom convert one for a gym etc needs a car Price around the same overall would like to get some perspective

Hi Shawn, What’s your future plan? Do you want to enjoy single lifestyle as long as possible or maybe you’re trying to find a girlfriend that possibly can be your wife? Do you mind moving again in 2-3 years as maybe your girlfriend loves dog and need a backyard? Or maybe school might be important in the future. There’s no right or wrong answer, it’s really depends on your goal in life. Both have pros and cons and only you can answer. I can only help, once you decide which route you want to go. And we can go see them all, Condos and houses when you’re ready, that way you can see and feel which one will be better for you.

How is it with the masks, do you have to walk around outside in a mask in Kirkland/Bellevue? If you don’t, even if you don’t have to, are people friendly or judging you?

Hi Matt, generally no mask for outside unless if you’re walking around in crowded place like bus stop, walking around downtown area during lunch rush. More friendly people than mean people in my opinion or how bitchy you look behind that mask 🤣 Good vibe will attract good vibe or vice versa😉
