سی ڈی اے انتظامیہ پہلے لینڈ مارفیا سے ملی بھگت کر کے خاموشی سے کالونی اور میرج ہال بنواتے ہیں. ان کو فروخت کر کے لوگوں کو پھنسایا جاتا ہے بعد میں سی ڈی اے ان کو گرا دیتے ہیں.

You are 100% right about Garanna. I tried to purchase something from them a few years ago. After reading the contract I realized they were not giving possession. They were not even declaring the Unit number. They were just saying that after payment you will own one Unit and you will receive rent based on the investment amount. So it was like putting money in bank for interest. After reading this bullshit I got my advance refunded.

CDA has lost ots respect. Those who come on deputation ,give such proposals to justify their stay in CDA .Infact when the fees are increased little business shall occur resulting less income to CDA. This is a point to note CDA must reconsider to increase its income. There are pther venues which CDA never think over them

Actually the deputation policy has ruined the whole country. The officers from other departments dont own the new department. They just want to make more money and enjoy facilities like TA/DA, honorariums, rude behaviour etc.
