@@Leatsebol 1.5hr morning cardio + 1hr evening power workout would = 14 sessions a week. Unless this is clipped from a longer vid with more context, fatigue level is way too high to make any gains on that routine

@@jeggarty Thats what i did for this 90 day, cardio in the morning power in the evening.. I always sweat that much after 1 hour and 20min on the treadmill

Cheapest apartment 1 bedroom in my area 1,200 with a income of 1900 per month. Cheapest house 2 bedrooms about 285,000. I think im going to invest in land and live in a rv lol.

Your assumptions are wrong. Your calculations as well. The major ones that you assume - there is no rent inflation. - the return on alternative investment is higher than return on real estate (which are economically similar) The only correct content is "rent gives you more freedom"
