Just make sure when you move in , you adjust the water sprinkler system to maybe 1-2 days a week for about 10-20 minutes. The builder usually sets it on full blast every other day before anyone moves in . Everyone’s water bill is high with JEA. Like $100 and up 😅Enjoy the process ,ask questions, be patient and talk with neighbors about their experience. It could help you.
