Such an ugly front end. BMW really messed up the design, as have Audi and Mercedes with their latest models. Kudos on improving it though, new grill looks better.

I was not a fan of the stock grille or the m4 look alike. I love the car and the grille just wish they didn’t make it similar to the EV model grille

I do this on my mk7 TDI, I’m assuming it’ll work for the Mk6 but if you have the dsg transmission and put the gear lever in-between park and reverse, you’ll see on your dash that the “gear your in” will just be blank and then you can rev the engine all the way to 5k rpm, in Europe on the stick shift models they let you do this even in gear so it will not damage your engine!! :) 👍🏻👍🏻

I assume that similar to trucks, they can be tuned to not spit out as much excess/unburned fuel, this could equate to a small loss in total hp and/or torque. In order to reduce a lot of smoke you would need to replace the DEF system (LAME)

Delete the turbo muffler too. My ckra tdi had one. Noticeable difference in turbo noise.
