Idk if u will reply but I wanted to ask so I’m rebuilding my whole arsenal and I’m looking at a sharp asym I was debating between the harsh reality pearl or attention star(more storm I have a hammer effect and vebo like the vebo more) I’m around 480-500 revs and 17-18 mph at the pins around 20 off hand, it would be for a really dense oil house shot and for sport shot I js wanted to see what u think I do play further left normally however I don’t think the attention star will be strong enough for my speed

Can I adjust my pitches more left and right without plugging up my bowling ball again? Also same issue here with middle finger tracking. I got my pap checked and re drilled my ball with the new pap yet it still rolled over the middle finger. What should i do? I have both fingers 1/2 reverse. My middle is 1/8 left and ring 1/2 right

I would try pitch plugging your fingers and go 1/4 rev in middle 1/2 left and then 1/2 rev ring 1/8 to 1/4 right. Try that first and see where your track is. Generally, if we start pitching left that should help you out a little bit and add some dominance on the middle finger. Comment here after you try it and lmk how it goes!

@RealExperienceReviews thanks, I'll try this when my new ball comes. But how about turning the ring 3/4 rev instead of 1/4 middle? Basically just increasing the ring instead of decreasing the ring. Would this be OK as well?

@@RealExperienceReviews I forgot to mention that when it tracks. It's not fully on the grips. It ranges from either just the rubber itself or a quarter of the finger hole but never more than half of the middle finger hole

I would generally start with the pitches I recommended and see what happens first. I believe for your case going left should help alleviate the roll over the middle finger ad adding some dominant middle finger pitch. Keep me posted on how it goes! Best thing to do is trying a used old ball so you’re not drilling a new one to make changes on. Once you find something that works then move forward.

When I go to Nationals yes, they will make me cut them down. Locally though it never seems to be an issue. Me and many other locals that have lots of reverse pitch have grips that stick up. I will be cutting them down next week for Vegas!

The Scorpion LF uses the LED 3.0 LF core which is 2.474 .031 The Strike uses the LED 3.0 core which is 2.485 .045 The Strike should flare much more.

Wouldn’t getting your ring finger out first make your middle finger dominant (giving you more rotation)? Most ams 2 handers come too far around the ball as it is. I would think making them middle finger dominant would make it worse.

So, it really depends. We see a lot of 2 handed players with negative tilt. Putting more pitch in the middle finger helps you create some natural tilt. Obviously, it's better if the bowler utilizes and learns specific wrist/hand motions at the bottom. This will allow them to use more standard pitches instead of different performance style fitting. Everyone is unique! This is why drilling is such an art.
