I have not done anything to my untreated leather pieces and they have all been fine. For heavy rain drops, I’ve wiped down vachetta with a damp cloth all over to blend and no issues.

Hi Laura, I have a suggestion for your GRWM problem... Why not do a vanity overview/ quick show and tell and then do the get-ready in your walk-in like you always do? This way you don't have to deal with all those hurdles? Just tossing out an idea, lol

@alittlebitlaura15 сағат бұрын
There is very little leather on the duffel and LV travel pieces will last a lifetime if you care for them.

Hi Laura - I have a question about a fragrance not in this video: Jones Road Shower. If you've talked about this one, I wasn't able to find it in previous videos. I'd love to know your thoughts if you've tried it! Thank you for all of your videos. I never miss one!
@alittlebitlaura5 күн бұрын
Thank you for reaching out. I do have Jones Road Shower and would describe it as a soapy clean floral fragrance, similar to Bobbi Brown Bath if you ever tried that. It’s nice hot days but not one of my go to scent profiles.
@rebeccah17425 күн бұрын
@@alittlebitlaura I haven't tried Bobbi Brown Bath, but I think I may give Shower a try. Thanks so much for your advice.

As a fraghead, it's so annoying to hear 'oh this is such a good alternative for...'. No. Just no. If you want to wear Cloud, wear Cloud. If you want to smell like BR540, go and buy a damn thing. We should be supporting creators by buying original products instead of looking for alternatives. If you're not wearing the real thing, then wear whatever you wear for what it is, not as an alternative option.
@alittlebitlaura6 күн бұрын
I actually like both fragrances but understand not everyone can or wants to drop hundreds of dollars on fragrances so I’m happy to help both.

@@alittlebitlaura I didn't mean to attack you personally, or come off as aggressive whatsoever, 'you' was meant as a generalization, but I'm just frustrated about that clone trend. I feel like OG creators should be compensated accordingly because only thanks to them, these creations exist and we get an opportunity to experience, enjoy and appreciate them😿
@alittlebitlaura5 күн бұрын
@@VaivaPaula95 I understand. And I agree with you, which is why I’ve turned away all the dupe houses that have reached out to me for collabs. I appreciate the originals and only really have a few fragrances that happen to smell similar. :)

I find the longevity to be very good with that one - 6 hours on skin or more on clothes. It’s a beautiful scent that lingers with softness - love. ❤️

I’d love to see a video on popular bags you had that just didn’t work and why. You know how you get a bag and think you will just love it but it is just not functional or user friendly. Also, I live in NC and sadly it’s just not as friendly as it used to be. But this Southern girl still waves to everyone regardless!

Gosh Laura! I think many of us have things in common; thank u for ur honesty. I thrive on change as well; my son and I moved from SC to Florida which was a wonderful experience; then back to a different part of SC; the two of us studied in Santiago, Chile, a semester, 15 or so years ago. I just retired and am “dug “ in my home of 5 years in Greenville, SC. I’ve just began watching your videos and am immensely enjoying them, especially this one! Anita

Very interesting Laura! You and I have very similar ideas about life: moving long distance, settling in, making friends etc. I find the older I get, the more difficult it is to make friends. It's not that I am overly unsociable but I find it harder to 'fit in' as I don't accept a lot of BS that I did when I was younger!

Hi Laura, do you think Prada Infusion d'Iris reminds you with Chanel no 19 poudre? Are they similar? Which one do you think denser and which one lighter / airy? Is it correct what people said that the two are have the same vibe? I'm curious to hear your experience since you have both. Thank you.

Great question and yes, they are similar but different. Chanel is a lot more green and earthy, where Prada is more clean, airy and fresh. Both are powdery but if I had to choose one, it would be Prada.

Hi Laura. In my opinion, a Hermes Kelly is not nearly as elegant and chic as your vintage Chanel Kelly. It is one of my dream bags but I would be hesitant to purchase it because it is so ladylike and sophisticated that I feel I would only be able to wear it when I’m dressed up in a tweed suit or dress. Could you do a brief video on how you style your Chanel Kelly casually?

Hi Laura. Wow! You did such a great job curating your luxury handbag collection! I was a little disappointed that you sold your black Chanel mini Chevron because it gives an “edgy” look to date night outfits. Also, even though you work remotely now and probably would get much use out of your Chanel Cerf tote, I was also sad to hear that you sold it because it is the ultimate ‘Girl boss’ work tote!
