Hahaha, oh, if he truly believes that he's as delusional as his character. To be fair there are some versions of superman that may be weak enough, but the homelander doesn't have the experience of fighting pier to pier like superman does. Superman has fought enemies many times tougher than flyboy.

Your entire generation is "honestly a little shocked"... Kid, no one trusts Hollywood. I see a female protagonist now, I don't even consider seeing it. That is not ME, that is what Hollywood did to US. This combined with most movies kinda suck anyway AND having $100 price tag to boot?!?

I have found that there is a golden rule in film making and art creation in general that if broken the product will fail or bomb. Do you want to know what this golden rule is? Don't mock God. In this film Hemsworth portrays himself as a new Messiah and wears a fake, yes fake Jewish like nose for his character. Chris in a recent interview found that by having a prosthetic nose, it gave him "alot of nasanality" and that he took inspiration from listening to horse racing announcing and mimicking his Grandfather's voice. Chris has now been in two movie bombs.Love and Thunder and this. One more bad film and I'm not sure where his career will go after this. Furiosa cost around $160 million dollars to make. As of today the movie has $58 mill at the box office. It's global box office returns are indeed poor. The film would have to bring in at least 2 and a half times of the cost of its production budget to be a success. Will it happen? Maybe? I don't think so. 😅 The Last Temptation Of Christ also bombed and it was complete garbage 🗑️. I suggest buying or renting the first 4 films and using this one as a beer coaster or mouse pad.

They waited waaayyyy too long to make this prequel. They should have made a original new story and not gone backwards. If your going to put furiosa in it, then team her up with Max again and put it in the future with Charlize Theron. This is George Millers fault. He downed played the importance of mad max and said the wasteland and it's characters is what is important. I guess his fanbase didn't get the memo.

The thing is no one knew that Furiosa would get more screen time than Max in Fury Road. One beef people had against Fury Road was recasting Mel Gibson as Mad Max

Yes, her roles in Barbie and Argyell were too short but she's also had practice being and hosting on SNL. If there is singing involved then I think she is an ideal choice.

Yes Anton Yelchin who played Chekov passed away right around Beyond’s release in 2016. The movie was dedicated to him and Leonard Nimoy who died in 2015

Abigail isn't all that bad, it is about on the same level with M3GAN. And these two did it well, because it can't always be about bloody violence, sex or gore. There is a certain balance you need to have in them, not just to have the audience get jump scared every second. And both M3GAN and Abigail have charm that leaves an great impact on us, that we can't help but love them.
