So glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. If I look at this video, my guess is that you got the newer version of the DE which is the matte finish leather on the handles & strap. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and a LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy b nowadays? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) or hand lotion on the matte handle? Do you have to baby the bag a lot? I know that these aren't much of an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!! Oh and I completely 100% agree with you on getting a bag in perfect pristine condition if we're paying that much of a money!

Thank you so much for your comment & questions. So far the handles have been holding up very well. I’ve thrown this bag around and it’s solid. When it comes to lotions and hand sanitizer I just make sure not to touch my bag right after I apply. Been using it with the strap as a shoulder bag so the handles don’t get too much wear and tear. If you do get the 25 b then you could rotate your uses of the strap and handles to elongate your handles a lot more like I do. I love a pre love but nothing beats a new one that you can break in yourself. Esp for the price. Now if I wanted to purchase the Dior Saddle bag which is way more expensive I’d go the vintage/ used route for sure.

My only concern is whether the new matte leather finish is more delicate hence can’t be worn in rainy weather and I’d have to baby it. Have you used your speedy in rainy weather? If so, is there any water marks on the handle or strap? Thanks so much again :))

I just got this exact bag this week and mine was flawless but….my locket was tarnished I literally used a jewelry polishing cloth and it cleaned right up. Btw the locket is solid brace….

I sure did! If Dior would have had everything I wanted like, the concealers, bronzer, and mascara I would have just gotten it all. But I had to cherry pick and I was over it. I essentially wanted a cute holiday gift set with purchase. But it’s only online, so I’ll have to do that next time.

I’ve been wanting to try the good molecules brightening niacinamide toner for a cool minute. I might check it out now. I tried the gycolic one from their brand and it was a little too irritating. I also love that kinship cleanser it’s so gentle on the skin.

I do love this toner it works for my skin. Give it a try. The discoloration one wasn’t for me and everyone swears by it. Everyone’s skin is different too. So unfortunately to find what works for you, you must try a lot of things. Kinship has some great products. I do love their brand and what they represent.

Hey, in this micro-needling series I’ve spoken about how I’m on medication. I haven’t gotten rid of it. I do however keep my hormonal acne at bay by doing certain things & watching what types of products cause me to break out bc I still get a zit from time to time. If you’d like a video on that let me know I wouldn’t mind making one on how I maintain clear skin in between appointments. I just don’t want to lie you know.

I have the speedy classic in the 25 size in the monogram print and I had a hard time trying to choose as well but I decided on the monogram in the end but I definitely agree that the damier ebene print fits your style so much enjoy your bag 💗💕💗

I love the monogram as well. Like I really loved it on the 20 maybe bc it was smaller & not so loud on me. But believe me when I see the monogram 25 on other girls I’m like 😍😍😍 it’s just such a beautiful bag. A lot of times things look great on other ppl just not on ourselves. I’m happy you can rock that.
