I was cut after almost 18 yrs at the biggest healthcare company in the world , I was interviewing for my dream job there, was told despite the cuts I could interview and take it. I did and was the choice, an entitled colleague, familial ties to the board who was biased against me, was jealous of me for 10 yrs , bc I didn’t bow to her, went to HR and then she targeted me every chance she got, how dare I… she sent me job postings and made up lies, my mgrs coached me to be the bigger person to take the high road. That job was mine, she called the hiring mgr trying to convince him not to hire me…he ignored her she went over his head to his leadership and they told him he could not hire me… I was the choice so much that they had to repost. She ended my career, she wanted me out for so long, her sad, sick entitled “silver spoon” self was so threatened by me, one who grew from poverty, put myself through college, grad school, was highly recognized and awarded. I’m no longer taking the be nice and take the high road… she went to far. I’m coming for her, the gloves are off!!!
