Did you ever end up with changing to an idle screw setup to possibly help the Stalling? Bypass Screw adjustment either?

G'day mate, yeah l did some adjustment to get get the bypass and idle screw all lined up since that video and it rarely stalls like that now..

Quite the opposite actually!! In this vid, l just installed the relocate kit and left my air and idle screw setting as they were and since then, l did a bit for fine tuning with the air screw along with the idle screw plus used ODB2 reader to get my idle in the right range.

The TSP kit. injector relocate kit he sells..it's worth it if you want to keep the bike a little longer till after the 1gen of the KTM TBI's are released and sorted or suffer from that "why can't be more carb like"...TSP secret is getting the ecu to mate with the injectors to fire correctly...IMO, you wont reget but you need to play with the bypass screw (2 turns out) a bit that was causing all the stalling in my vid.

so you did oil injection delete also? any noticeable change in your fuel consumption? Did you do the work yourself? How much work was it?

Hey Pete, nope stock head. It will work with their low,med, high comp heads...just got to send ya ecu off again.

I know this is very old but I'm looking to get an old 360 for some byway fun but I've read they only have 34hp seems very low for a 360 considering my mates ktm 250 has 50hp

I have a husq 360 1995, and i have cut a little on the bottom of the cylinder head, to increase its compression ratio and put it more like the compression of a 250... To start from cold my babe i just put it in 5o gear and push with a car,... after 20 meters dragging the bike it's wheel starts to move, and after 40 meters the engine starts... very simple....

when my dad sold my old husqy, the guys couldn't start it for hours, eventually they push start it and left with it, the engine only had 5 hours top on it.
