@@Me-je2jv we just use regular webcam, and samsung phones. We don't upload much anymore because this channel is dedicated for my dog that passed away recently but soon we might come back with our regular routine. Im really glad you enjoy it.

I replaced the milk sensor with a 56k resistor, so no more auto steaming - but for latte art I steam manually anyway…

My BOV900 doesn't reach the set temperature when the pre-heat alarm sounds, in bake mode (I haven't tried other modes). It then turns off. Would you have any suggestions how to approach this? Thank you for any help!

Same problem with mine. I expected better from Breville. Poor solder joints especially on the relays and flux left all over the power and control boards. The encoders and switches on the control board are also problematic but can be cleaned with contact cleaner.

I think I figured out what they were doing. I have a 2009 Kitchen Aid Professional HD. Make sure the mixer is unplugged from electricity - NOT plugged in. You have to unscrew the top and remove. Around your top is a band that can be removed after removing a tiny screw in the back of the band Once you have removed the band, you should see two screws on either side in the back. Remove those. I made sure that I placed them on my counter in a way that I could put each screw back to its original spot. Once you have removed the screws then the head panel should lift off easily. . The screws in the back inside were a little loose and I tightened them and it was fine. What I saw in the video was them applying something for one screw that kept the threads in place, I guess because they were worn. I am not a professional and know nothing about this, but that’s what I did and it worked for me.

Where is the thermoblock connector? The water line is just running right to the thermoblock, can it actually work like that? That parts cheap and splits creating leak in the back

I find videos to be most helpful when they use both parts of the audiovisual medium. The image as well as a vocal description. Subtitles are a nice addition to the voice narration but they don't replace it very well. Reading the text takes the eyes away from watching the action. Just something to think about.

I noticed what appears to be asbestos in the oven we have - also in your oven as well. I didn't hear you mention it and you went about the repair as if didn't exist. Can you confirm that this is in fact asbestos and what safety precautions you took when making the repairs? Thanks

We are in the same boat friend. All I needed to do was clean it, but after reassembly it is making a terrible noise in the disk drive area when powered on and it will not take discs through the normal spot. As if it is hitting a brick wall. I’m not sure what I need to fix. There was a disc in the ps3 while I disassembled it, I removed it manually.

It the planetary. They overload the bowl or the dough is too dense that thee part where you put the attachment bend and its hitting the sides of the bowl.

Hi, the lever of my Delonghi La Specialista Prestigio machine is not going all the way back anymore after tamping. I have to press it back with one hand to align it with the side of the espresso machine. Otherwise the tamping sign keeps popping up, this prevents the machine to pull a shot or the steam wand to be activated. How can this issue be resolved?

I only used food grade grease. On videos and photos the color is a little darker because i only used my phone for filming videos but the color of the grease is white and dark brown.
