hows the cushion on it? I heard it feels like running on concrete? Also, are the apps pretty responsive?

I was going to buy one, but I have read so many nightmare stories of the control board going bad soon after purchase and Sole's terrible or non-existent customer service. Too many reports of no response, ultra-slow response, no parts in stock for months at a time (which by itself tells you something about how common the component failures are), and the unavailability of repair people. A warranty is only as good as the customer service.

Hmm interesting! I've only heard good things about their customer service! Mine is still going strong, I'll keep you updated tho.

Interesting. I’ve been looking at treadmills for several weeks now, settled on the F85 because I’ve heard and seen nothing but good things about Sole. Could be all the algorithms pushing positive Sole results.. 🤷. Whatever it was, it worked. F85 treadmill will be here in 4 days.

I've seen other reviews and someone said it doesn't matter whether the garage is climate controlled with Sole.

Been wanting a treadmill. Debating between this and norridac. Looks solid. How do you like so far. Doesn’t seem like it shakes when you run.

Have you purchased yours from Sole or Dick's? We are considering f80 though. Also, have you purchased Extend plan for Sole if you bought it there? And is your garage has like AC, we live in hot AZ and our garage gets hot in the summer, not sure if it would affect the motor or whatever. I think some companies are against non AC garages.

Hi, i got mine from sole! I did not purchase an extend plan because the motor and frame are lifetime. It doesn't say anywhere in the warranty of it being in the garage or not!

Nice video on the SOLE. Have been looking for one for awhile (good used if I can find one) I have had a Livestrong 15 for about 12 years and it finally lost its programming and I can't find a USB stick with the software for a reboot. My bad. Pretty sure the SOLE will be my next buy.

Been researching treadmills for a while and I believe this is the one. Well, 95% sure. Just waiting on more info from Sole before I get it. Really like the decline feature. I run ultras (be careful, they are addicting LOL) to help with all the downs in mountain ultras. Thanks for the video! Oh, did your husband give you any grief for calling him weak LOL! He didn't even flinch when you said that!

Glad you liked it! Oh i plan to get addicted to ultras 😂😂 It's such a solid treadmill! And a great price point i feel like too! Great customer service, and warranty! He knows how heavy that thing is 😂

I am considering getting this treadmill. (Motor size and incline/decline feature) How are you liking yours so far? Yes the motor is 4.0 CHP motor. Great for marathon training.

I love it!! No complaints so far. It's been great and so smooth! My husband has been using it as well and he loves it too. And it looks like it's on sale right now for Black Friday/ cyber Monday 🙌🏼
