I completely relate to you saying that these songs have to grow on you. I was not much into K-pop or BTS but my sister was and she used to listen to these songs nonstop on speaker. I practically did not even notice when these songs grew onme and befole long I was really humming the lyrics..not the right ones tbh but I started enjoying these songs and started listening myself actively..Dynamite is a cool song..but honestly..every other song that you reacted to just grow on you with time..like may be after you listen to it 2-3 times..

As a person with adhd as well and having also been in marching band and still is, I related to you so much more than I thought I would 😭I get so hyped up by intense dancing where I literally feel myself moving without thinking LMAO and I agree with the marching band comment. I play flute and it is SO HARD to walk backwards and diagonally, playing at the same time and also trying to get to the right spot.
