@@CleanChef right now, I want to add one more scheduled cleaning a day, a zone. The app allows me to draw the zone in the shortcuts. But will not allow me to schedule days or times. I can set them, but nothing is saved. I do not even know how I got the schedule set up that I have, it is like they updated it and now steps are missing.

That is so strange. Never encountered that issue before. You can still make a map yourself in map settings. Hopefully that does the trick. If not reach out to their customer support!

Sorry to hear that. You should be able to create an account. If for some reason you can't create an account then you will need to contact Narwal support. The code they are asking for is sent to your email address that you provided so check your spam!!

@@CleanChef Thank you, problem solved. It was due to a misleading German translation. For the word 'receive‘ the code they use the German „erhalten“. This can either mean receive OR received! (The infinitive is the same word as the participle in German!) - I was reading it as receivED and was wondering WHERE?

Question, did your robot to review map carpets on the map? Mine will not stop and raise the mop brushes when it hits any of my carpets. Eufy wants me to just get a refund saying the limitation of this device is not detecting every type of carpet...Mine detects none.

Yes it detects carpets and lifts the pads. You can see it at 8:15 in our video! Unless you have the most abnormal carpet ever I am sure you just have a deflective device/senor on your vacuum. Interesting that they don't want to repair it!

Time to replace the filter then with the air purifier plugged in and the fan turned off, press and hold the Control Button for 3 seconds. The red light will turn off when3.successfully reset.

Thanks for the detailed review! I received my Dreo air purifier today, and I'm impressed. Unlike the Shark Air Purifier 3-in-1 with True HEPA Filter (HC452) that I initially purchased, which had limited airflow and air outlet, the Dreo has a very powerful airflow. It comes with an app, a remote, and is perfect for large rooms, doing exactly what it's supposed to do.

Urgent: consumer requests to enhance current app 1. Allow vaccume self running continues after user close their mobile app. 2. Allow user selected area cleaning after space mapping. Eg room 1, 2, 3 or dining place etc 3. Allow the app to control 2 or more robots to sync to do parallel vaccuuming for a big area and using only one docking station soon

The worst robot I had ever have. It has a small container, which means the dirt get stuck in-between the container and the brushes, and once opened for maintenance, it spilled. Many times it seems like charged yet it doesn't, many times it get stuck for no reason, many times it refuses to start, with no reason. As a long time user of I robot, I am disappointed, Time to move on to other brands.

Offpeak charging means you can dictate when your vacuum charges. So you select the time window from your energy provider when your electricity is the cheapest to charge then. No way at the moment that I know you can cap your charging %... that would be a great feature though!!!

It does really well in dark rooms since it navigates with lasers and cameras. Obviously in the dark the camera will be less effective... L20 has a built in light :)

@@CleanChef I would've thought so too. Usually to differentiate the same fan, you give both of them different names, so they can tell which fan can turn on and off with iphone. It can differentiate different products, plus they have nothing in the manual stating this. Thanks for the speedy reply.
