Im new to the game and seeing you just sprinting up right on a ridgeline without a care is crazy to me. I always get domed by some random rifleman laying down on a treeline or some random MG spray and my head catches a stray bullet. Its interesting seeing you almost die on purpose to gather info. I guess its different in a teamwork setting but me id be the rifleman in the bush picking of 3-4 before I get found out.

I have the exact same experience as you do! When I play this game, I constantly die and have no idea where I'm being shot from. When I watch you play, I keep seeing you shoot your rifle but have no idea what you're shooting at because there's nothing there. 😂

Btw if you don’t get any spotting one of the best ways to use the mortar is just spamming rounds at a detonation objective when the opposing team is trying to fuse/defuse. As an attacker it basically guarantees you get the objective detonated if an engineer with the mortar/hmg skill is dropping mortars on it constantly after its fused

Start just playing in infantry squads as rifleman. Talk to people and let them know you’re new. You’ll get the hang of it quickly and can start playing more consequential roles. Most of the community is helpful minus a few, but we all start somewhere!
