Thank you Mide for this awesome video. My challenge is that after I have picked the option “print NIN” on my NIMC app and it takes me to the mobile and web services section where I am to input my “User ID and Mobile OTP”, it stops there and keeps saying “User Not Found”. What do I do, please?

For confirmation You’ll copy your user id from your app (don’t type, copy and paste) then fetch otp too. Same procedure you followed?

@@Midecali Yes sir. I have done this exactly but it is still giving me the same error message. Someone suggested that I go to settings and “Wipe Mobile Data” and start all over. I did that but it is not working still.
