Would you recommend Kings Tor or Great Staple Tor for a newbie? I have the same tent as your mate (Abisko 1) and can't wait to try it! Oh and er, does Kings or Staple Tor have anywhere nearby a bit hidden for one's "morning routine"...?
@lntkernowАй бұрын
Sorry mate, totally missed this somehow! Both great tors to be honest, probably kings for ease of access though?🤔 and there’s a water source at the bottom too, don’t remember if there’s one at great staple, other than right at the bottom near the old quarry works but it’s a fair old incline to get back up ahha. For morning routine, there’s probably areas where you could go, though I tend to do a tactical toilet stop on my way out to camp and stop at a supermarket to get some beers etc, there’s also public loos in Princetown/at the Fox Tor Cafe so if you time it right you can stop for breakfast and “offload” 😂

Love kings tor. Went there a couple of weeks back. Certainly odd that timelapse. It was like the shots were loaded over eachother 🤷🏼♂️ nice camp though and good to see a bit more of the area 👍
@lntkernow2 ай бұрын
Ahh thanks Mike! 🙂. Yeah I think I used hyperlapse instead of Timelapse, and I remember I was messing around trying to get startrails etc at Steeperton Tor the other week, maybe I messed up the settings or something 🤔 Off up Lints again this weekend hopefully (though it’s meant to rain, AND it’s Ten Tors, so we shall see…)
