I knew before the summer that not many high-value players would want to take a pay cut to join a team centered around a 40-year-old former great player with a high usage rate. where the former great player get most of the credit for success... but a scapegoat or coach gets the credit for failure

Klay's "bad year, 18ppg, is equal to other players "good" years, not better. Also, Klay's best years he was 22 ppg. Stop acting like he went from 30ppg to 25ppg, THAT would be better than most.

@jaggysports Well, if history has shown anything, it shows that finals' losers haven't gone back since 2018, and that was a Cleveland team with LeBron (in the midst of 10 straight appearances in the East). So, unless Luka, Kyrie or Klay are THAT level of special, I doubt they'll have a chance for "revenge". Plus, next season I think teams like Memphis, New Orleans and San Antonio will be improved, plus the young stars in OKC, Minnesota and Sacramento will be more experienced. It's not impossible, but highly improbable, in my opinion.

Lol, there's the media spin. Woj and Windy doesn't even believe what they're saying. The facts (as reported by Chris Haynes) was it was Golden States choice. They didn't want D-Lo. There's no way Klay takes less money, yes, even with no state tax in Texas it's less. The Warriors wanted Dallas, Klay wanted either. And, the team success wasn't a factor. The Mavs were in the Finals this year and got washed, the year before, they were the 11th seed. What's the last team to lose in the Finals to get BETTER the next year?.........I'll wait. Don't believe the media hype!

Thanks bro! I think they need to trade amd will trade Bruce Brown. They will get a lot for him as East teams are trying to beat Boston. Miami or Milwaukee should make a play for him. What team do you think should go after Brown? Mitchell definitely has an upside and will get minutes for sure.

Williams has had 2 knee surgeries in 3 years and is just a rim runner offensively. I could see Ayton for Brandon Ingram. Both are probably overpaid but Ayton is a better roster fit for New Orleans and Ingram would let the Blazers go with Clingan at center. Ayton has 2 years left on his contract versus one for Ingram.
