Being depressed and then feeling guilty for being depressed is a vicious cycle. I'm sorry you're going through this. It might be hard to imagine but your situation won't always be like this. You're not alone and you can learn to manage this! Everyone is different so it can be hard to find what helps you, but please keep trying. Small steps like trying to think of things you're grateful for or spending more time on things you enjoy can make a big difference. You got this!
