Basically asking to compare people’s personalities. Some people’s personalities fit better in certain contexts than others and vice versa. You can’t definitively say one’s better.

Who cares? Let's share and mix the world's endless cultures and so become more human, close to each other and integrated into one another. It is called cultural dialogue. And this is the way to bring peace to the world. Exclusivity brings seperation and division. Enjoy your uniqueness and generously share.

My main problem really is just knowing how to communicate to my follow to start their rotating rock step, the front hand signal is fine but they get confused by my back hand, I've tried both turning my whole arm away from their back a little bit, and I've also tried keeping my arm on their back but lifting my hand off but neither is enough to signal I guess.

I have been taking some lessons and binging on KZfaq and this is by far the best intro series - so organized and clear - I can only imagine how much work this took to put together. I have recommended and shared the series to other newbs in my classes. Thank you for your most generous share...

Had my first Lindy lesson last night. THIS VIDEO HELPED! They taught the same steps and told us all that these were absolutely key to learning the Lindy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VIDEO and series if you don’t have lessons where you live. ☑️😂❤

Thank you for this video. My hubby is now beginning to get the hang of basic swing.

Ok, I’ve now done this video 40 times in a month. When you turn “inside” it is towards your mystical partner! Took me 25 tries before I could do the turns and another 10 to be smooth-ish and upright. I can only do this video 5x in a row before sweating very inelegantly. I did a crazy thing and have signed up for lessons. They are 55 minutes long. I may not survive. If I do, I’ll report back on whether this practice helped! I want to thank these two for posting this series. It has been really fun trying to keep up with them!

I went to my first swing-dance event tonight. I’ve never had any dance lessons, but they said beginners were welcome and had a short lesson before dancing. They explained these steps but had us do them with partners almost right away and then introduced at least 3 different moves very soon! I felt overwhelmed and though I tried multiple times I kept losing my rhythm and feeling quite awkward! However, I’m going to practice these and maybe take lessons. Relieved to hear I’m not the only one that can’t do this without practice haha. Thanks for explaining that thing with the inside/outside turns too. Good luck!

@@RickyDueck, I’m working up the courage to go to my first dance tonight. The first hour is practice and then the dance. I want to get that practice in and to watch some real dancers! Plus, it beats sitting at home and watching Netflix! The lessons here are with a class and only once a week. I do this video over and over in between. Sometimes I watch Nils and Bianca for inspiration! Best of luck to you!
