I was looking for a 71 Lincoln continental. I sold one about a month before the derby to a guy whom said he was going to put it in the Ross county demo. I didn't think he'd have enough time to modify the massive piece of shit. Though the 460 engine looked really clean and the oil looked good. Being that it set in a field for years, then in a garage for the last ten years north of Cincy . But he said he was a volunteer fireman from that area, and the guys at the F.D. was going to help him get it ready . Did you happen to notice that massive beast?

With a demolition derby you can't let "car buddy's" get to you. They exist at almost every show and is bound to happen lol.

It was better to watch in person, but It would have been more interesting if the track wasn't as muddy. Talking to the promoter, it sounded like the fair board wanted it that way to get the show to last longer.

However, when some drivers choose to block with their drivers door in order to avoid being hit sometimes it's impossible to avoid hitting them. This is exactly what happened at this derby. It happened enough actually that the entire derby was stopped so that the officials could tell the number 11 car that he better stop blocking.
