I bought the 71 Coca Cola volkswagen and right from the start the hood and "Trunk" don't line up. You guys are selling garbage. Kids will not build crap products and YOU all are ruining the hobby. These kits were discontinued for a reason.

I am building a garage\shop diorama, and I am curious if there are or you have engine kits w\o buy vehicle kits? Chrysler 340 400 multi carburetor, even older Corvette's first 6 cylinder or a "Rocket." The name for the engine shop is Saginaw Operations, taken from Saginaw Metal Castings Operations, where Oldsmobile and other GMC cylinder heads and blocks were cast. Possibly 3 Trees per box shelving or engine stand, what do you think? Most of the engine parts are on the same tree, maybe there is more to this than this old guy has considered?

Anybody that doesn't know what I'm talking about, get yourself a copy of the movie or stream it. Its actually pretty good. The "bad" robot Maximillian is pretty menacing. You mentioned new scifi licensing, could it be "The Black Hole"??? A model kit of the USS Cygnus would be sooo cool!!

I like the BRE Datsuns but I don't like black slot cars. At least not to race. I can never see them!!

Have the problematic parts fit issues with the Monte Carlo kits that were made in China, been fixed? Guys in our club tried to build those and gave up because they had so many problems with parts fitment. Interior panels wouldn't fit the chassis plate, hood did not fit well in the opening (too narrow and long), chassis did not fit properly into the body, etc...... Because otherwise, the details in the Monte Carlo kits are spot on! Ive had a couple of the real ones, and handled a lot of parts for them. And the accuracy and fidelity to the real car are very good.

The box art for the Monte Carlo kit shows it in front of the Pink Motel in Sun Valley, CA. Used in the original Grease movie and others. Down San Fernando Road from my home in the 1950s. Up the road from my inlaws' home. A mile over from where my brother lives now. When I was a kid we used to occasionally eat in the diner in the front of the motel. A model car friend of mine, famous lowrider model builder Armando Flores, built a diorama of the Pink Motel to display his lowrider models around. I've never been to the El Monte Drive-In. But my wife did with her cousins when she was a kid in the 1960s.

I'm still holding out for a 1/24th scale 1974 Dodge Monaco sedan aka the Bluesmobile kit. I'd personally build them stock. It would also be good if the MPC 1973 or 74 Dodge Charger, that could of been built as a wagon with wood paneling reissued.

You need to do die-cast vehicles for VGG. That’s Vice Grip Garage…..Independent day car. The before and after look and some of his other car’s and trucks he brought back to life and drove like 400 to 600 miles home. Derek is a nice tuber that you should get to know Round2foryou. Seeing videos of the back rooms where you store vintage kits to possibly do the releases of I noticed 3 kits that would be nice #1-Mack DM-800 Mixer, Ertl International paystar log truck and the one you already have tooling done for is the AMT Kenworth W900 for the Movin' On truck just a matter of decals and box art as it's the same kit as the Watkins rig. Lots of fellow truck modellers also mentioned a BJ& the Bear tractor.

I'm a trucker so stands to reason after 50 years of building and collecting truck kits and memorabilia I'm liking the tanker but I gotta say, the wheels are not detail Alcoa rims and molded on cab horns and lights is a turn off especially in 1:43rd scale. There's no doubt it will sell but more attention to detail would have been nice.

Still waiting for the 73 through 87 square body long bed 4x4 quite a while I'm not really sure what is keeping it

I really wish that the custom kits also came with the parts to build a full stock version, I have left a number of these kits on the shelf in the shop because they cannot be built stock.

Can the Falcon, Monte Carlo and Barracuda be built showroo 2:43 m stock? One new build to consider is the 55 Pontiac full size. The original promo had no interior and was too wide across, fixed in the 56 models. Another bunch to consider is 57-58 DeSotos with their stacked taillights and correct interiors, and all wagons across the GM lines in 59 and 60.

The Loves truck would have been more authentic if you folks had put some wheels that actually looked like truck wheels. The wheels that are used look too much like a toy which detracts from your authentic detail mantra. So its a no go for me. Thanks anyway!

Yay! Finally, some new slot cars! While the new slot cars look pretty cool ( I really like the BRE), what would be even cooler is some new castings. Maybe a 66 Charger, a 71 Torino, a 65 Falcon, a 67 Chevelle or anything else besides the same old cars with different paint jobs. I bet an El Camino vs Ranchero set would be a big seller. Just a thought. But thanks for showing a little attention to us slot car junkies. Really do appreciate what you do.

That version of the 57 Chevy in my opinion is one of the best kits AMT produced. I'm glad to see it back.

Maybe one day there’s 1969 Chevy Impala with a coupe like roof line. Or as Chevrolet used to call it Impala sport, cheaper version of ss super sport model. Old AMT and MPC 69 Impala 1/25 kits go $300 + online.
