I always loved Hondo, TX (mainly for the sign that reads, "This is God's Country - Don't Drive Through it Like Hell") - and I very recently discovered my Grandmother was actually born there in the early 1900's when her father was working as a school teacher there. If I had a million bucks, I'd buy this place! Good luck with the sale - cool property!

Buy enough property to use egg tax or wildlife exemption depending on the county in Texas some of them can be as little as 10 acres

Each county is different too. Medina County where I live is very low due to population growth. Went down another 5% last year
