Hi Sir, Your youtube video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. I can help you.

It's difficult to understand your speech. Your rapid rate of speech causes your pronunciation to be unclear, and you slur the syllables, making it even harder to comprehend. Please slow down and pronounce each word clearly. Speaking quickly can make people feel as if you're in a rush and don't have time for them.

@@LifeSFBayArea - It's not a particular section, but throughout your speech: as humans get older (50 and above), their capacity to process spoken language declines. Younger people have no problems comprehending a fast rate of speech, but for older folks, it's a challenge. If you want to attract customers, it's best to make them feel at ease, not rushed. I see you as my nephew, and I say this to my nieces and nephews all the time-they also talk very fast.

Looks like a really nice unit. The gas heater and especially the gas range is really unfortunate though. It's 2024 and those things should be well on the way out. Gas is less environmentally friendly, creates extra fire/explosion hazards in the whole complex, and the combustion from the gas stove is not the best for health. Those things could all be changed in one person's particular unit but it would create a fair amount extra expense. But in the big scheme of thing it's not that much extra relative to the purchase price of these.

Nice places, but I wish they would have made the kitchens a little bigger with more counter space. And of course 3 levels discourages most of the 45+ demographic that won't want that for older-age horizon planning.
