Hello if you have this device can you please tell me if the schedule auto turn off works when wifi isn't connected and offline as well? Or wifi is needed for it? And one more thing will it notify if there is a power cut if it is connected to WiFi OR the smart plug itself turns off when power goes?

I am sorry but I need to mention something which is related to the monitor, my panel got scan lines issues where the panel got multiple horizontal black lines across the monitor within one year and when complained about the same the technician came and was not knowledgeable about the scan lines issues on a monitor and told me that the issues of a monitor is only considered when the monitor is turned on without any input on it, I mean wtf is that, I would have used a blackboard instead of a monitor then, I had contact them 20 odd times and put an email to the MD of the company and even after that the customer care communication is really really garbage after some 20 days I got to finally get the panel replaced and even after replacing the panel he was still adamant that the monitor issue is only considered when the monitor is not connected to any input or no picture on the screen, here is the ugly part, they have not replaced the panel with the same LG branded one they have replaced it with some skyworth branded panel and it is even more horrible to use, the blacks on the monitor or absolutely crap considering it is an VA panel, this shouldn't be an issue but it is and the quality of the panel is sub par, just go with the IPS model if you guys can, don't go for this and just please don't trust the amazon reviews they all are paid for or not authentic ones, do good research while buying the monitor and don't suffer with brands customer care if they are not good, I mean I didn't expect this from LG but here it is, the company has become a local cheap brand now with no proper communication and proper support to the customer, don't trust the brand, it's a pain in the ass to get any work with them.
