I already struggle not to ‘prairie dog’ when shooting at distance. As shown this would make it worse…

Yes. The use of the NRA Long Range Target would greatly enhance marksmanship development when synced with a score book which contains a facsimile of the LR Target. Annotation in the book for beginning wind/elevation, as well as shot call, shot strike corollary will always help the shooter with works in progress because the Target and facsimile are defined in MOA making corrections sans math possible. At any rate, this is how I see it as an American High Power Rifleman in Long-Range Award Winner and US Distinguished Rifleman. The bottom-line is use of the NRA LR Target is an aid to shooter/ target analysis. It’s only flaw is shot to shot analysis requires shooting on a range which has pit service or electronic sound sensing targets. For sure, this sort of plate shooting only confirms hits and misses where MOA or mil measure of needed hold or adjustment of wind is both sketchy and non-developmental.

One of the first things I did when I got custody of my daughter in 2016, was to teach her how to shoot. With a a .32 cal semi auto, she punched a 2" circle at seven yards with six rounds.

Was God one of your spotters? He not only reads the wind, but the winds obey His commands. Hard team to beat. Not making light of your faith, believer also. Find God always is spotting for me. My challenge is to do my part, Send It as he instructs. Glad to learn of your faith. Congrats on your accomplishment...and faith.
