Hi! I’ve owned these pools before just in way bigger sizes. Can I ask how you are circulating the water when the water level isn’t up high enough??? Or do you not use the pump?

Hi! I've been making sure the water level was above the water intake port. Which was not so hard to do because below that level there wouldn't really be enough water to play in anyway.. I'm sure with bigger pools that won't be so straightforward.. ?

I mean how frequent I should put the chlorine tablet in the pool and how long and how frequent I should connect the pool to the pump filter? Should we do it every how many days and for how many hours? Thanks for your help

These pumps can’t suck water on its own unless water is flowed into it constantly it just pumps it out. You can build a cheaper pool pump that will suck in the water and pump it out at the same time this is just ridiculous for how expensive these are. I got 2 for free now I see why.

Hi! Well some people seem to use vinegar for that purpose but it is generally not recommended as there will be side effects that will deteriorate the quality of your pool water. It would then be better to use the hydrochloric acid. I can't recommend other effective methods as I haven't tried them.. I hope that answers the question a little at least..

I wanted to ask about pool underlay. They seem to be fairly expensive Bestway sells them for 12$ a pack of 8 pieces and 3mm thickness, however, I need 9 packs for the pool I’m getting which is 4m * 4m. My question is, can I get a cheaper underlay that does the exact same thing as the bestway product? Thanks and great and informative video👍🏼

Hi! Such a great, easy to follow video. The piece at 2:58 to give it more rigidity with the pool, did that come with your pump or with the pool? I need to get a replacement part but having trouble finding the "name" or part and trying to figure out whether I need to order from Intex or Bestway.

It doesn’t feel like there’s any suction from the pool into the hoses but there’s great flow from hose back into pool. Is this normal? Is it working right?

Hi! If there's good flow coming into the pool, the same amount has to be going out to the pump, you should be all good!

Hi! Yes we always have a tablet in, also with the pump running. Except when the pool is in use, then we take it out for a while.

I ordered the pool on Wayfair came with hoses and NO PUMP. (Not included but hoses are?)smh. Ordered pump on Amazon and missing 1 1/4 clamps. SMFH!! Wtf!?!? But video made everything simple

I have the same pool and pump. What did you do about the other connection? The other B.? I have 1A AND 2B ports. My pump only came with two tubes. My I still have tubes and the T splitter from my bestway 300 pump.

Very helpful! Just picked up an Intex pool and wasn’t sure why the pump stopped working about 1.5 weeks. Cleaned the filter and it’s back up and running for my 4 year old! Appreciate the video!
