No it will not expire. You can plot upto 20km if it is 20m intervals

Brilliant. I do work in remote areas around the world and try to work with contour maps based on much coarser grids than you present. So thanks for a clever and clear solution. It's a pity that Google limits the availability of the data to professionals. Also other companies let you do a similar thing as a test but over a 100 by 100 meters only. Useless! Thanks for lifting the fog!

Lololol, in real life you would have two points which make up a straight line with no known bearing and no known angles to help you out. Well, this teacher would never be able to figure it out because she probably has never been in the field. That being said classroom antics like this have to be learned to build a great foundation that one can use to break into the field. Though, by no means is this teacher amazing, because she is only regurgitating answers from a teacher's guide which teach no real world experience especially in the realm of surveying and yes I am college educated.

I think your real life experience needs a boost. If you have ever done a survey using distance bearing stakeout demarcation of a village land using village cadastral map or using given old data there in distance bearing format, then your real life experience would have more points. Do not limit your education, expand it by learning from others.

@@LearnExplore Lol, you truly are third world. Your reply shows your limited knowledge of vast surveying situations that one can run into. You choose one situation to determine the entire field of surveying, your argument is limited which shows your lack of real world experience. Remember teachers teach because they cannot do. Though like I said before teachers do have their place and it isn't in the real world. So go back to teaching your grade school math concepts and teach, so your students can pass your rediculous exams.. Anyone who reads this, remember you learn at home doing homework and the teachers are there only to guide. So, when shevasigns homework expand on the work given it will do you well to learn this practice.

Import points using text delimitted layer, then draw lines either manually or by processing toolbox using points to line feature. Then convert the line feature to a polygon using processing toolbox
