dont listen to this. cones are excelent for mastering fundamentals. part of what he is saying is true but strong fundamentals are easily applied in in-game scenarios instinctively

Seems thr nunber 1 way ti beat it is to drop a mf into the middle, split the cb and push the wb in line, with the mf. Then you cab use diamond shaped out wide to over load. You can also play the ball into the zones behind the press out wide. If their wb press play a forst time.ball down the line to a players run.

Hello I have gotten an injury during my training and my shot power after the injury has been cut down by 50% I can move my legs like the way I used to and everything is fine except for the shot power Any tips ?
@lakshyarajsinghjodha9566
@lakshyarajsinghjodha9566 Ай бұрын
Start strength training. After an injury you usually lose a bit of muscle because of the injury and the lack of movement and blood flow in that area. Do strength and conditioning and eventually you'll get your power back.

@@jettala4298 It's football because players must use their feet to touch and kick the ball. Also, everywhere else outside of the US and UK, people call football to what you call soccer. All over Latin America and Europe.

Brazilian kids, back in the 80s and 90s would spend their time playing football with a tennis ball, all day. Why? That was the only ball size allowed in school. Also, usually the one kids could afford. Not to mention that a small 3 (indoor balls) were also highly used. Those years were the ones that produced the best Brazilian players... So I'd say that smaller balls do help, in the very long run.
