I hope you'll see this and can reply and help me. I was trying to get my storage door up the other day and it is acting like it's stuck. I was only able to get it up about 4 in and it came off the tracks on the right hand side. I am assuming the Springs probably broke while it was sitting there after it was closed the last time. Do you have any idea how I can get the door to go up so I can get inside to fix it
