Are those the reeds sticking out of the top? Are those the parts that vibrate to produce the sound?

The visible wire is for tuning, it connects to the reeds inside of the pipe but doesn't vibrate itself.

Haben sie einmal daran gedacht, verschiedene Resonatoren für das Regal anzufertigen und dann mal den Klang zu hören? Aus Orgelbauerperspektive sind das unfertige Lingualpfeifen ;-)

Question from a fellow reed-loving musician: I may be wrong, but don't the Harmoniums of India allow for uninterrupted playing while pumping the bellows? Regardless, that's a beautiful little instrument you've got there! Did you make it yourself? I apologize, my German is terrible.

Many harmoniums have an other bellow or reservoir to allow the player to keep playing continuously while pumping the instrument

Yes, it makes it obviously makes it easier for anyone to play it. I've seen some portatives & positifs that utilize the keyboard found in the Syntagma Musicum of Michael Praetorius. It just depends on how far one wants to go in "authenticating" an instrument I suppose.

It's a modern organ, for present-day players, so I suppose it makes sense to have a modern keyboard.
