Se você editar o vídeo na velocidade 0,5x, o movimento poderá parecer mais suave. E ao ajustar o amortecedor, você pode criar um movimento mais natural adicionando um pouco de óleo de choque, ajustando a tensão da mola e tornando o corpo mais pesado. Espero que isto ajude.
