Read the ingredients folks. Gatorade contains artificial sweeteners which is worse than sugar. Go figure

Not fasting levels 😮 please give the right information ❗ An A1C test measures the average amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood over the past three months. The result is reported as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the higher your blood glucose levels have been, on average.

in the Glucose Goddess videos, she says 1 TBSP ACV in a "large" glass of water, 30min before the meal. She doesn't say anything that I have found yet, about making a tea

I do something similar minus the apple cider vinegar….warm water and a few dashes of Ceylon cinnamon before a meal does keep your glucose from spiking, and I am plant based and peri menopausal and I tested my glucose the old fashioned way with finger pricks… I know I have to be consistent, especially being peri menopausal to see weight loss, so this will be my new routine

The glucose goddess said any kind of vinegar will do . The acetic acid molecule is the key. She said to stay away from balsamic vinegar glaze, as it contains added sugar. Apple cider vinegar doesn't contain added sugar.

On your first graph, the ending farthest point in grey shows decline. However the ACV graphs shows a spike going upwards in the grey area. How do you explain this? And isn’t it bad if your blood levels go up later?

Blood sugars in the 80s are not considered to be elevated levels. The level stayed in the 80s the entire time, despite tiny fluctuations.
