A nice build but it still leaves a hole in the disc, and a hole saw could cut out a circle for you, but it is a nice gadget.

You are a great craftsman, everything is professional, I just don't understand why you glue the parts, the Zeger fuses could have been used to screw them in instead of gluing them.

I love your ideas! A router jig is a great idea and now I think I'm going to add a router sled to the 7ft circular saw cross cut jig I have. You are using a flat surface rail, so the challenge for me is I have fixed linear rails. But I'm up for a challenge! Thanks for sharing the idea with us!!

This is an awesome small parts cross cur jig. I only have a 16ft x 10ft shop space and though I have a small Dewalt dw745 tablesaw I also wanted a circular saw crosscut jig. Only I super-sized mine to be 7ft long. I wanted a full 8.5ft so I could breakdown sheet goods, but I couldn't find the supported linear rail I needed for my set up. But this 7.5 ft one works awesome. I barely us thetablesaw anymore with a radial arm saw set up with a dado stack, and the jig, they take care of all of my cutting needs. When not in use, it is hoisted up to just below the cross members in my shop. I love your creative mind!!

One of the best and perfect, finest work to come across. Really Japanese are great. This is my heartfelt opinion... from an Indian citizen.

Finally made one after seeing this over a year ago and adding it to my "to make" playlist. Made it out of plexiglass (which was a mistake with hindsight) and using a trammel arm for larger circles (which is removable and works out well).

¿Como consigue neutralizar ls fuerza axial que se produce al frotar la madera contra el disco de lija?, porque no parece que esos rodamientos sean adecuados para ese fin. Le agradecería me diese alguna orientación. Saludos

Hi ! I really enjoy your videos. You have some original solutions, the only big problem is I can not find back to them when I need to revisit - could you pls use google translate so more than Japanese reading ppl can enjoy your superb videos - we don't need any text during the video ( though that would also be great) . I'm sure you will get a lot more spectators with English headings. Keep on the great work !!!

Just wonderful to watch you create this! Very well done. The material you are using is stable but messy and You definitely don’t let a spec of dust get away! You must be an engineer who was potty trained very early. 😂. All in jest. Fantastic work!
