Sir Laxmi Holidays no.1 oprater on this route nd they refund your amount, another oprater never refund amount, due some issue the bus can't pick at kashmere gate. Next time please give a chance to laxmi Holidays and share your travel experience with laxmi Holidays. 🙃

It was red bus who helped us to get refund, they didn't hear us at all and they were blaming us. Even after showing the evidence they didn't help us.
