Now how do I draw them wrapping around an object of around 6.1 inches of girth?

So I followed both her Moo technique and this stretching/massage and very surprisingly, it worked. I went poop, although it’s not an “emptying.” I say surprisingly because my bowels have been basically shut down for weeks with only small pellets coming out. I plan to keep doing both of these practices, as I now think that I’ve been so uptight (I have lots of stressors in life right now) that my pelvic floor and bowels just couldn’t let go. Anyway, if you have been struggling and taking laxatives, etc., I suggest trying this.

I also suggest doing squats, and squats holding weights in your hands. After prostate removal, I performed about a million kegels and remained incontinent. After two weeks of squats and other pelvic floor exercises, the water flow has finally turned off.

How long do you recommend moving like this? I feel so lucky that I was getting in and out of bed this way on my own, and now after watching the video feel validated and proud and relieved! But now that I’m stronger, I notice my body wants to move more freely, but my cuff is still healing and I’m still going in and out of pain in my abdomen. I’m trying to be more mindful in my movements, even though I might be “capable” of more, because I don’t want to risk any prolapse or cuff dehiscence. Do you recommend doing this for more than six weeks?

Very informative video. Question: Are the first 2 options safe for those women that have had a hysterectomy?
@sarahnelson87943 күн бұрын
5 days post-op from a robotic hysterectomy. My procedure uncovered other issues, so I ended up with the initial surgical plan PLUS adhesion lysis AND an appendectomy. Day 3 I stayed up all night and fought to get sleep that 4th day (literally was a few hours shy of 48 hours of being awake). I miss my bed and this recliner only helps me sleep so much. THIS video is exactly what I was looking for! I am sick of spending 15+ minutes struggling to maneuver out of bed. Needless to say if I feel the urge to pee I have to go ahead and start struggling my way out of bed. If you have any advice on expelling the remaining surgical gas, PLEASE tell me everything!!!! I have expelled a TON and my BMs have been going great, but I have a few gas pockets in my abdominal muscles and beneath my hemidiaphragm, causing so much pain!!

My aunt had her hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. She has gas pains and had 2 separate occasions of vomiting. What's good to eat after a hysterectomy?

Some great advice regarding the treatment of the symptoms but unfortunately canesten (which is the only treatment in your video that actually clears up the infection) no longer worked for me (stopped working for some friends and family members also ) so canesten should analyse why this is. I now use proskin candida, after seeing it recommended on an Australian forum, which is a natural alternative to canesten and it has cleared my up completely. It is soothing/cooling and is applied either via a spray or hand (like canesten cream). It is much more expensive than canesten but it lasts ages. My friends and mum have also cottoned on to this and are using it.

The movement is the same you do to hold shit and pee. Just imagine you are peeing and want to interrupt. That's the muscle that should be exercised.

Greetings to everyone reading this comment. Many people have various problems with urination. For some they are physiological, for others they are associated with the nervous system, and for others with a certain psychological block. I once had a very pronounced problem that it was difficult for me to relax in order to start urinating. So I came up with a few psychological techniques that I want to share with you. Maybe this will help in this case too. Imaging. Imagine your bladder, visualize it in your mind. It is filled, inflated like a balloon with a lot of water poured into it. Here we are. Now imagine how you relax your pelvic floor and sphincter muscles: you relax it, relax it, relax it.... And start peeing. Visualize it. You are peeing, peeing, peeing, peeing..... You are peeing until your bladder is completely empty. Its muscles contract again and again, again and again.... Until completely empty..... Tell yourself: “Until the end, until the end, only until the end.” Say it mentally, in a whisper, or just with your lips - as you wish. But talk, set yourself up for it, program yourself. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't work out the first time. Talk to your inner child, tell him/her: "Come on, dear, come on, you need to do this, come on psssss...." Praise yourself if you succeed, tell yourself that you did well, you did it and you feel comfortable now. This will set your mind and body up to completely empty your bladder every time you do so. Combine this technique with massage and movement techniques. I hope that my advice will help you. I wish you health, happiness and comfort.
