Got my gum graft 2 weeks ago. My periodontist said no crunchy foods for a month! I miss eating my junk food 😭 my appointment is on the 25th so I’ll be on this diet for awhile. Haven’t experienced any pain, just anxiety. Hope it’s healing okay, still haven’t seen it and hate that I can’t brush near the surgical site. I worry about the condition of my teeth will be as result 😔 this sure sucks!

Please answer these 2 questions: Do you still have numbness in that palate area from where the tissue was removed? If there is no numbness and sense come back then how long it take to get the sense back at that area?

I’ve been looking for this !!! Yeh - mine was found - 15 weeks post c section to my premmie 😂 - had a secondary PPH . Insane - had surgery a few days ago now . Still unwell . Very little symptoms . Other than cramping , some pain and exhaustion. Then - haemorrhaging and nausea at week 15 ! Shook .

We had a backpack leash and a travel stroller and we had no issues. We also used a collapsible tub for water play on the deck and we also did baby wearing especially for buffets…

I would have been scared away from cruising for a few years with that. Oh wait, I WAS scared away from cruising after taking my 8mo old on an 8 day Caribbean cruise 😅 Not fun lol. She’s the 5y/o of my 2 and I’m hoping for a smoother sail this time around. We’re definitely going to take advantage of the ship childcare! Hope you’ve had some much better vacations since this one. I agree! Epidural is the best. I had an epidural with all 3 of my births but the second one I didn't get it until I was 8 cm dilated so I felt the contractions for most of that labor and that was intense. I don't agree that you have a better bonding time or somehow connect with the birth better without the epidural. In my experience I enjoyed the birth more when I could relax and be more rested for when I met the baby.

Hi. My story; - 11th May - dental hygienist - cleaned plaque off gums - Back for second clean 4 weeks later on 8th June - Started flossing and brushing with an electric toothbrush everyday - Gums have been soreish over a week now, thought the pain would go but no, and thought it would stop - ongoing - Nothing other than that was worrying me I thought it would stop - until 30th July- morning was fine until that evening - I felt some white stuff on gums/ Thought it was coming from my tonsils that have came up again - - Gums were noticeably red/inflamed and receding I’m beyond terrified for an appointment Thursday, I don’t know how this has happened since my gums had literally healed after the two cleans and getting the electric toothbrush/floss picks, mouthwash.... everyday. I don’t understand at all. It doesn’t make sense how my gums are now receding after all that??? It’s most likely it’ll be a gum graft, I’m beyond terrified 💔💔💔

The weight limit on the swings for kidkraft is 110lbs. That’s my number one concern about this brand. You have to be a very small or light adult to sit with your kiddo on the swing set.

I remember and cherish those days altho’ it wasn’t always easy either. Mine are all adults now. They are 30,32 and 33 year olds now … lol 💖‼️

I just had a gum graft last week. It cost 3000$ but insurance covered 60%. So i paid 1200. Next time don't do self graft! 600$ was for the gum graft alloderm. And that's a small price to pay for not having the roof of your mouth cut up. The periodontist not being at any of the follow ups is malpractice. Your telling me you paid 5000 $ and he only saw you the one time? I saw mine twice already and again next week. Plus twice before the procidur. Next time go to someone els. And I've never heard of crowning a healthy tooth after grafting. And I've watched dozens of gum grafting videos.

Did you have any issues like the gum graft creating a pocket that might get food and debris stuck now. Did bone had to be grafted? How deep was the recession? Do you currently use an extra/ultra soft or a regular soft toothbrush?

Just got done with getting a d&C for retained placenta.. getting monitored and recovering now at the hospital. had my baby 4 days ago and haven’t been able to see her for 2 days now 😔 I thought my symptoms of fever and chills was normal for just having a baby but then it wouldn’t go away and after hours and hours in the ER they finally figured out I had stuff left in my uterus that’s causing an infection
