Dealership replaced the glass twice. It didnt solve the problem. On third attempt they replaced the entire mirror assembly. The issue is resolved.

Pilot SE same thing. Drivers side. Try pressing in. If still NG chance a clip is broken if it didn't snap back in place.

WOW!!! I just got my 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite a week ago and have noticed that the passenger mirror everything looks clear and normal. However, the driver mirror everything looks blurry and looks magnified. Perhaps this is the issue that I am having and was not aware.

I took it last week to my local Honda dealer. They said the glass was lose and they replaced it. It is no longer shaking but we noticed a weird magnifying/minifying issue with the new glass they put in. It is producing a distorted image (blurry like you are describing). It looks like a cheap mirror glass and is not clear like the right side mirror.
